I'm taking a buddy fishing tomorrow in the drift boat for helping me with some work he did on my truck. We're in a bit of that stage where it's too late for salmon and maybe too early for steelhead. I hear folks are getting into fish out on the OP, but I don't know if I want to make that drive for just one day. Would anyone care to share a report? A suggestion on a nice drift somewhere closer to Seattle than a three hour drive?

    Thanks,

Think I'll just go float the Sky. There's got to be some coho hanging around....and I just might get lucky with a shiny early winter steelhead.

The Baker to Birdsview float would be a good time right now.

I am leaving for the Satsop in a few minutes. Floating from West fork to the highway.
