Book Recommendation?

  1. I have a copy of this...pretty thorough but finding a cheap copy might be difficult, but well worth the look. Try a local library too!

Also, not sure if you have poked around but the entomology forum here is pretty solid and stocked with great images.

  2. "Hatches II" By Al Caucci and Bob Nastasi. This is one of the great, signal works on aquatic entomology and Mayflies. Heavy emphasis for fly fishermen.

  3. Many flyfishing books will have the basics on the life cycles and distinguishing characteristics of the insect types you mention

  4. Consider books by Rick Hafele

    Such as

An Angler's Guide to Aquatic Insects and Their Imitations

  5. You are certainly welcome, sbr. My pleasure.
