    I have a copy of this...pretty thorough but finding a cheap copy might be difficult, but well worth the look. Try a local library too!

    Also, not sure if you have poked around but the entomology forum here is pretty solid and stocked with great images.

    Many flyfishing books will have the basics on the life cycles and distinguishing characteristics of the insect types you mention
