Chehalis River

    Does anyone fish any parts of the chehalis for src, and silvers? I interested in checking it out, but I'm not familiar with the river. I will gladly accept any infor. email me if its hush,hush.---Thanks Jon :DUNNO

    Fish it all the time actually. Have property access just up on the Nooch, so am always close. Just about any part of the river is a go to for cutties and silvers. But best with a boat (just beware, upper river above Monte is best with a jet, low tides can leave you stranded if you don't have one). I normally throw a flashabou streamer in mostly silver, maybe with streaks of green flashabou in it. Not very complicated fly, but will get great strikes from silvers.

    Now, conventional gear, that's another story. LOL
