Yeah, sometimes I miss living in trout fishing Disneyland.

Hmmm, Brown trout. Late fall (?) on the lower Henry's Fork. I wonder why those brownies were attacking every little fish-like critter that swam close to them in those nice gravel-lined riffles?

Of course, I don't know for sure when that was actually filmed (maybe early spring, instead of late fall). There's no prohibition on fishing to browns on redds in the Henry's fork, which is open year 'round, and I think Mike Lawson is a stand-up guy, but there might be a time and place where catching lots of browns on streamers might be bit easier than at others. just sayin'

Video was from a couple weeks ago, browns are off the redds around here. It seems like once the water temps tick up a lot of our browns get feeding. I love spring.

We filmed this last Thursday and the fish were super happy. That section of the river has some nice rainbows in it but for the most part it is brown trout country. Thank you to everyone for checking the video out.
