Okay, I see 2 spots still open...and I haven't tied in awhile with so many things coming up in the last many weeks....I don't have any patterns that I have caught fish on yet... The only fly I have caught and landed a fish on, was a leech that had been given to me.... Can I still pick 2 patterns and tie them up anyhow? If so, then I'm in!!
Hey Kelvin, My other commitment on the 19th is in the morning. I should be done a little before noon so I'll be able to make it to the event. Might be a tad late with having to catch the ferry. I can demo the ever popular Camo Carey again this year if there's any interest.
This sounds like a lot of fun and if you dont mind i would love to join in. Plus i am new to the forums and I think it would be a great opportunity to get new flies and make some new friends.

no doubt this is a great way to put faces to names and learn from many years of experience tying and fishing
We did this last year and I learn so much from everyone
especialy Larry and Gene
Steve is awesome
Islander did a great demo last year and has offered to do one this year
and I know I will have nothing but good things to say about everybody that comes this year!
My tying has really improved this year from last years get together.
I have to say the guys at the shop are also a wealth knowledge, are fun to talk to, and love fishing
I am really looking forward to this event !
I have mine tied. Royal Wulff and a fly that was called a wooly bugger when given to me but it looks more like a Carey Special variation.
Jerry
