Chad Lewis NEVER wonder what to do with your free time

I'll be leaving from the tri-cities to fish Hutchinson and Shiner lakes Wednesday. It'll be a day trip. Anyone wanna meet up or ride along? You'll need some sort of floaty thingy to fish, preferably a pontoon or boat. Float tube would work, but you might not be able to make it into Shiner because of the distance (the lakes are connected by a channel). I have a full roof rack on the FJ Cruiser, a broken down pontoon will fit in the back, and a trailer hitch. Internal combustion motors prohibited on the lakes; electric okay. I'll be in a canoe/kayak hybrid thing with a paddle.

Chad, that sounds like a great trip, wish I was closer. We fished Shiner one June and probably caught 100 bluegill apeice on dry flies in some of the bays. Fish would be thick right against the bank in shallow water and would attack anthing thrown their way. You'll have a great time, tell us all about it when you get back.
