    I wonder: would Martin Luther King Jr., Ghandi, or the thousands who made the world a better place by standing up for something important and walking into jail repeatedly want to "improve their public reputations" by having their records expunged?

    Don't know what al the self flagellation is about, I've never objected to the treaty that allows the Indians to fish "in common" with the citizens of the state.
