Fished a local beach yesterday and was rewarded with another life altering fish.

What a great fish that is, Jared. This drysider can't take it any more! I've gotta learn how to catch those. Les and Chester's books are on the way.

Excellent! There are some great resources for starting out. This is my first summer and its been an amazing experience. The books, this forum, beach class at P.O. and it's hard to beat a day of fishing with a guide like Bob Triggs. Good luck!

Exactly! Flies just cost money and end up stuck in the back of my head.
