For these spots you are suggesting would I need a set of waiters or can I fish from the bank easily???

You'll want to wade. Me, I just wear waders unless its really damn hot then wet wading is great. But really damn hot doesn't happen much here on the wet side.

Bank fishing is for baiters. Get a pair of waders and get in the water.

Might be on the cedar depending on the weather.

I have never been to the Cedar. However, from what I have heard about the area, I think I need to buy a trunk monkey before I go.

I have been a gear fisherman my whole life but have been fly fishing more in the last couple years. I grew up on the middle fork and know the area pretty well, if you ever want to meet up and fish pm me.

Kind of sketchy in parts but good chance at a nice bow or cutthroat.

I might try it. I am a owner of a gun store here locally so we will be armed enough for a small war haha. Is cedar in Montana or Utah?
