I will be camping with family on Orcas for three days the second week of August. Considering this is prime time for pinks I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations of places I can fish the salt and have a decent chance at something. I've noticed the lack of saltwater access on the island and am hoping someone might know something I don't. Feel free to PM me.

I know there are some lakes there, so if I can't get to the salt, I may have to settle for some freshwater. Not sure what lives in those lakes though.

I also have a kayak I can put on top of the car if need be. Any recommendations are really appreciated!

Take your kayak out to west beach, sometimes Presidents channel is thick with em, sometimes not.
