There's probably more out there. You guys find any?
The Shaolin Monk , The Bob Meiser, and Me - by Matt Burke. http://www.washingtonflyfishing.com/forum/index.php?posts/446742/
Bhudda that post of Matt's is as awesome today as it was when it came out
I recall a thread between Daniel and Mr. Miyagi
On the water the other day, one member told my cousin "those bugs are way too close together". As he was looking at 1 of a number of rats nests my cousin had with his indicator, split shot, and 2 fly set up. Classic line.
Bob lawless- "the lawless"man, always had good stuff. .
Alaska n hummer - went off to be a rockstar? Good stuff too..
Just can't find anything they wrote..
Bob Lawless was awesome! Anyone know what he's up to?
Bob Lawless' favorite phrase: "WORD!"
IIRC Bob Lawless got so pissed after a Steelhead debate, he left. It was truly a loss.
Well, technically he still posts here but I'm resurrecting it anyway. A mere excerpt from one of my all-time favorites:
"...bag of dicks" -- Zen Piscator
I think that would make him laugh that that's the quote that sticks.
Colonel Nathan R Jessup said:
You want answers?...you want answers? you want the truth? You can't HANDLE the Snoqualmie Middle Fork in September..."Got Beer nose on that one.....
Bob Lawless did have some good stories I have to say.
From Primal Fear
(Lawyer) You're good. You are really good.
( Nympher) Yeah, I did get caught, though, didn't l?
(Lawyer) So there never... there never was a gear fisherman?
(nympher) Jesus Christ, Marty. If that's what you think, I'm disappointed in you.
There never was an Fly Fisherman, counsellor.
Wow no one thought that was even remotely funny? I am just not as good as i thhought.
