Great band - although their biggest selling album only just recently went gold, they must be one of the most influential groups ever. In 1977, I was listening to the same old stuff - Zeppelin, Yes, Kansas, etc. - and that fall, when I went to college, a guy who worked with me lent me his copy of Rocket to Russia. I played that album 10 times in a row, over and over. My life was changed. No Ramones - no Green Day, Nirvana, likely no Guns and Roses, and about a million other bands.
