See you there - I hope to see a better turnout from the guides on the river, no matter the shop or GS they work for. This is a great cause and everyone who turns a buck because of the river should participate!

Should be a great event. Stop by for some fun, food, and fishing while remembering the legend of Tim Irish, helping fight hunger with the canned food drive, and cleaning up the river so we can all enjoy it that much more. You might even walk away with some gear from the raffle. Sounds like a win-win-win-win-win...

Had some great weather for the cleanup today. I didn't take a rod but folks that did fish found it to be okay to good. I took advantage of trying out a new Honda outboard and chose the Roza section to clean. Even though I would have preferred to spend the day fishing instead of cleaning up others' garbage, all in all, it was a good day. I went down to my kid's track meet in Yakima afterwards and missed out on the BBQ pork sandwiches, which I heard were the bomb. Maybe next year. Thanks to all who participated and to the Worley Bugger and KOA for hosting this event. I can't remember how many pounds of garbage were removed and how many pounds of food were collected but hopefully it makes a small difference.
